We are committed to helping individuals and families live life in community with others.

We weren't created to do life alone. The best way to connect with others is through a small group. FBC small groups meet at various times throughout the week -- some are Sunday morning groups on campus while others meet midweek in homes or at coffee shops. If you'd like more information about small groups, please email

We believe an important part of life is serving others.

Jesus modeled this for us when He lived His own life in service to others. There are opportunities to serve in our Church, on our Community, and around the world. If you want to know more about where you and your family can serve, please email

When Jesus called His disciples, He invited them to leave the status quo of their lives and to step forward into a whole new life. When we gather together as God’s people, we do so with the expectation that we are going to grow. At FBC Beaverton we are convinced that a person should never stop Taking Steps Towards Jesus. There is always more to understand and more to apply. The beauty of Christian community is that we can go on this journey of growth together.

Current Message Series

The Challenge

January 3 through 24.

Each January we have the opportunity to take stock of the previous year and to set new goals for ourselves. During our worship gatherings this month, Pastor Norm will challenge us to make our lives count for "something greater". We will focus on the steps each of us must take in order to embrace a more meaningful lifestyle in 2016.

We will learn from the example of someone who lived a challenging life during a difficult time -- the prophet Jeremiah.
